For example, "We're looking for a band for our wedding reception on Saturday, August 9, 2003, 1-5pm, at the Pierce House in Lincoln, MA. We're interested in a band that plays swing music but can also play selections in other styles, e.g. Beatles, waltzes, etc. The reception will be held in a covered tent on the lawn. Our ceremony will be at the pond, weather permitting, at 12:30. Is it possible for the band to provide music for the ceremony as well? Please call me in the evening."
